Make the user route part of the equipment request
Explain how people travel from parking or the work area to the proposed units. Describe steps, loose surfaces, and crossings of vehicle routes. Request accessible options and handwashing provisions based on that path. A unit should not be placed simply because an unused corner is available; the area must also be reviewed for access, use, and ongoing maintenance.
Coordinate the location with other temporary activities
Tell the reviewer where tents, material deliveries, barriers, or parked vehicles will be during the rental. Keep the agreed maintenance approach available after setup. Where a property or venue operator controls the site, establish who authorizes the location and who admits the service vehicle. If the proposed position is near a waterbody or public area, resolve the relevant site question before relying on it.
Compare the days and service visits actually needed
Ask whether delivery, removal, cleaning, and requested handwashing are included for the full setup-to-cleanup period. Explain controlled entry and any layout changes. Clarify the terms for additional visits, extra days, and an agreed relocation rather than assuming these are included.
