If a transfer from water transport is proposed, treat handling, receiving permission, and onward movement as separate matters requiring confirmation.
Keep equipment support tied to the whole project
For sanitation, agree cleaning visits, handwashing provisions, and the way contents will be removed. For debris, identify the material mix and how the loaded container will leave. Public recycling or disposal resources may offer separate routes for some materials; they do not define a rental agreement. Include changes in working areas and access hours so the plan still functions near project completion.
