Identify who controls the proposed space
Put the complete street address and quadrant in the enquiry, then explain whether equipment would stand inside the property or outside its boundary. A building contact can approve access to their own site, but that conversation does not settle occupation of a sidewalk or curb lane. DDOT provides the public-space permit application route. Federal property and other controlled sites need the responsible site's own review rather than an assumption that a city address gives permission.
Use one site plan with two service schedules
Mark the restroom position and the waste-container position separately. The route people use to reach toilets should stay clear of loading, and the container collection approach should remain usable after scaffolding or other equipment arrives. Tell the rental specialist which stage happens first: crew mobilisation, demolition, an outdoor gathering or final cleanout. This makes the request more useful than asking for both services with an unspecified delivery day.
Choose the guide that matches the delivery setting
Washington's guide focuses on urban access and ordinary project planning. The Naval Anacost Annex listing covers the additional coordination needed when a delivery request concerns a restricted installation. Neither listing creates a local branch or confirms a provider's access credentials. Equipment, dates, lawful placement and transport must be reviewed for the address before an order is agreed.
