Test the layout against the busiest arrival period
Describe where guests enter, queue, and leave. Ask about equipment suited to attendees' mobility needs and a usable approach, not only the unit itself. Include handwashing in the discussion and identify who checks supplies during the event. If a tent, vendor line, or temporary fence will change the walking route, resolve that while the layout can still be adjusted.
Keep a route open after setup is complete
The proposed servicing approach should remain available once tables, trailers, and parked vehicles arrive. Explain when maintenance can occur without interrupting the gathering. Name someone who can address a blocked entrance or changed event schedule. Moving a toilet after placement should be discussed with the provider; do not assume a volunteer can relocate it as the crowd pattern changes.
Compare a complete event sanitation plan
Ask whether delivery, collection, planned maintenance, handwashing equipment, and the full setup-to-teardown period are included. Clarify extra visits and extensions if the venue schedule changes.
