Place facilities outside changing machinery activity
Explain where equipment turns, trailers wait, and material is stored during the workday. Ask the reviewer about a position that people can reach without crossing the busiest operating area. Include handwashing and accessible-use needs where relevant. If the crew moves between separate yards or fields, describe that pattern rather than assuming one central toilet serves every activity equally well.
Agree who keeps the service approach usable
Identify the person responsible for gates and the final approach. Discuss how a maintenance visit would proceed when the regular crew is away and who reports changing ground conditions. Do not infer truck access from the ability to drive a pickup to the site. Any relocation or additional position requires a new discussion of servicing and retrieval.
Compare a complete rural service arrangement
Ask about delivery, scheduled cleaning, pickup, handwashing, and the quoted service area. Clarify extra trips, gate delays, relocation, and extensions without assuming a standard town-address arrangement applies.
