Describe the busiest visit rather than an average week
If a small crew is joined by guests or additional workers on one day, identify that peak. Discuss handwashing, accessible use, and any existing facilities that remain available. Explain whether the equipment serves one building or several activity areas. A low average attendance can conceal a much busier period that should be considered in the proposal.
Keep service access independent of the owner's visit
Agree how the authorized contact will coordinate gate access and placement review through the provider's normal process. Do not assume maintenance can wait until the next time someone stays at the property. Report changes to the approach or work area before a scheduled visit. If the requested location cannot support the necessary service cycle, resolve another plan before use begins.
Compare use periods and maintenance responsibilities
Ask about delivery, pickup, planned cleaning, handwashing, and extra visits. Clarify extensions or missed-access issues and whether a changed occupancy pattern requires a different service arrangement.
