Use property resources to resolve placement questions
Grafton's municipal website links building, zoning, sanitation, and Walsh County property resources. These help identify the right office for a parcel or proposed public-space position. They do not supply automatic permission for equipment placement. Before coordinating delivery, ask the property manager which access must remain open and whether the intended spot belongs to the project property.
Give volunteers and contractors different responsibilities
For a community cleanup, decide who supervises loading, separates uncertain items, and communicates when collection is needed. For sanitation, distinguish the people working all day from visitors who only attend a short gathering. Plan a handwashing arrangement and keep the maintenance approach separate from temporary piles or parked trailers. Written responsibilities are particularly useful when the organizer will not be present for the entire rental.
