Describe the origin of uncertain material
For a yard or shop cleanup, list what the material came from as well as what it looks like. Keep process residues, fluids, and unknown containers outside an ordinary debris estimate while the responsible parties determine suitable handling. A state facility listing is not evidence of the proposed hauler's permissions, destination, or willingness to accept a particular load.
Match servicing to the working shifts
For portable toilets, record the number of people using the site during overlapping shifts rather than only the average daily crew. Ask when a service vehicle can enter without interfering with deliveries or dispatch. For dumpsters, agree who monitors loading and communicates an exchange request. If access changes with work phases, update the plan before the next service visit rather than leaving the driver to discover it.
