Design a useful start-and-finish station
Put toilets where arrivals can find them before joining a queue, with handwashing close enough to be practical after use. Keep doors and waiting lines clear of cyclists and runners. If the event has an early setup crew or a late finish, include their hours and the lighting needed to reach the facilities safely.
Keep the construction crew plan separate
A maintenance or improvement project near the same trail may have workers present on days when no event is scheduled. Describe their shifts, changing work areas and any fence closures. Ask whether units can stay in one accessible location for the entire job or whether a provider-managed relocation should be included.
Lexington sanitation comparison points
Compare units at the start/finish area, accessible equipment, handwashing and the service route. Include volunteer hours and any separately approved worksite relocation so an apparently short event does not produce an incomplete rental period.
