Find the level pad before assigning the equipment
Ask the supplier to assess stability and door clearance at the proposed location. An accessible unit still needs a continuous practical route from parking or the gathering area. Keep that route separate from a loading zone and avoid positioning a queue where people must step into traffic to pass. A trailer requires its own space and utility review.
Keep a return route through the work
A successful delivery before scaffolding or material storage is installed does not prove later servicing is possible. Mark the truck approach and retain it as construction progresses. Agree who can move temporary barriers, unlock a gate or coordinate a quieter service period when customers remain on the property.

Compare equipment mix, accessible placement, site preparation and service visits for the real grade and entrance. Include any planned worksite relocation or timed storefront access, and evaluate a trailer only with its utility requirements accounted for.
