Ask MARS to classify the project waste and explain the authorized collection option. An outside hauler must not be assumed eligible merely because a container is available. BASWA's construction-and-demolition facility has separate exclusions, including ordinary municipal rubbish and several special materials. Facility acceptance and permission to collect are different decisions; resolve both before selecting a box and weight allowance.
Verify the actual recreation area is open
Chautauqua Park lies along the Big Blue River and has multiple gathering areas. Check current city access instructions, not only the general facilities page, before reserving a toilet pad or truck route. Include an accessible approach, handwashing and facilities for cleanup staff. If an approved area changes, have the operator and provider review the alternate location before equipment is moved.
