Review the route during normal operations
Walk through how intended users reach the proposed toilet and handwashing point while doors, parking, and deliveries are in use. Discuss the surface and accessible approach with the property representative. Keep the position outside temporary material storage. If the space belongs to a landlord or is shared with another occupant, identify who may approve its use.
Set a service window that stays available
Give the provider the entrance and a contact able to open it during visits. Explain times when deliveries or customer arrivals make that approach unavailable. Ask about routine cleaning, consumables, and handwashing replenishment. Review the plan before a construction phase changes either user circulation or truck access.
Compare service continuity, not just placement
Request delivery, recurring maintenance, handwashing, removal, and extension terms in writing. Ask how an additional visit or a property-approved relocation would affect the arrangement.
