Plan the busiest site condition
Review the toilet and handwashing position when parking, stored materials, and deliveries are all present. Keep the user route and any accessible approach workable under those conditions. Ask the site representative to reserve the maintenance route rather than treating it as spare storage. A first delivery that fits an empty site does not settle later access.
Keep responsibility through contractor changes
Assign a contact who remains involved when one trade leaves and another arrives. Confirm routine cleaning, pumping, consumables, and handwashing replenishment. Notify the provider before gate hours or occupancy change. Include final corrections and cleanup in the rental period so sanitation does not leave with the first departing crew.
Compare the full project period
Request written recurring-service, handwashing, removal, extra-time, and relocation terms. Ask what happens when a planned visit cannot reach the equipment or a later stage increases occupancy.
