Review the approach beyond the gate
Explain the final vehicle route, surface, and turning space to the provider. Have the property representative review a usable walking path and any accessible approach. Put handwashing into the same plan. A convenient position for workers should not require recurring service to cross another owner's land or an unapproved part of the property.
Coordinate visits with someone on site
Name a person able to open the entrance and report changes. Ask about scheduled cleaning, pumping, supplies, and handwashing replenishment. If the work period shifts or another crew increases occupancy, revise the arrangement before the next visit. Keep removal tied to the last occupied task, including cleanup.
Compare the actual service route and period
Request delivery, recurring maintenance, handwashing, removal, and extension terms. Clarify how a gate problem, relocation, or changed user schedule affects the agreement.
