Review the route beside ongoing work
Place the proposed toilet and handwashing point on a simple layout with occupied doors and material staging. Ask the property representative to review surfaces and any accessible approach. Keep users out of the debris-carrying route. If the preferred position uses shared or public space, identify the appropriate placement decision before delivery.
Keep an access contact after trades leave
Give the provider a person who can open the property and respond to changed conditions during maintenance. Confirm cleaning, pumping, supplies, and handwashing replenishment. If work overruns, extend the arrangement before planned pickup. Include final inspections or corrections only insofar as people still require the temporary facilities; do not assume a completion date settles occupancy.
Compare continuity through completion
Request delivery, recurring service, handwashing, removal, and extra-period terms. Ask how changed access, another visit, or a provider-reviewed relocation affects the written arrangement.
