Check the season and the specific park facility
Vermillion publishes a seasonal winterization notice for park restrooms. For an early or late-season gathering, ask the parks contact what will be operating on the actual date rather than relying on a summer visit. Record the reserved shelter, walking route and proposed temporary-equipment location. Include setup staff and the people remaining for cleanup, who may be present outside the main gathering's hours.
Choose a material stream before choosing a container
A recycling-center address and a landfill address are not interchangeable destinations. List cardboard, household contents, removed building materials and outdoor waste separately when discussing disposal or a rental. On a rural property, identify any narrow entrance, gate or unfinished surface that affects retrieval. If a cleanup involves several buildings, explain where the debris will be carried from and whether the container must stay accessible while other work continues.
