Coordinate the grounds before counting equipment
For a fairground activity, ask the manager about the current layout, existing restrooms and the timing of other uses. Separate visitor movement from exhibitor, trailer and servicing routes. Include arrival, setup and departure in the rental period. If the event uses more than one building or outdoor area, identify where people will spend time rather than assuming one restroom position serves every part equally well.
Stage property cleanup away from active access
For a rural project, describe the approach from the named road through the gate to the loading position. Tell the provider about any turns, unfinished surfaces or working farm entrances. Separate building debris from animal bedding, vegetation, fluids and machinery-related items so acceptance is reviewed accurately. Confirm a loaded collection plan before selecting a convenient container spot that other equipment may later block.
