Keep daily building access separate from maintenance
Choose a location that does not turn tenant entrances, delivery bays or guest walkways into a cleaning-vehicle work area. Request accessible equipment and evaluate the approach from the places users actually occupy. If a public event uses city property, confirm the applicable city process; the private equipment booking does not grant permission to occupy a sidewalk or public space.
Describe what changes during the project
If indoor restrooms close in stages, explain the dates and affected users rather than assuming the temporary need stays constant. For events, include vendor setup and staff cleanup. Discuss handwashing, supply checks and the cleaning interval with the provider. Name an on-site contact who can address access conflicts and communicate before fencing or parked vehicles block the planned service route.
Compare the actual users and occupied dates
Request the equipment mix, cleaning visits, supplies, handwashing and collection terms. Disclose shared-property restrictions and phased closures. Ask how added users, changed access or extended construction affects the proposal rather than comparing a short event quote with a worksite rental.
