Allocate scarce working space before delivery
Where occupants, pedestrians, contractors, and regular deliveries share an entrance, decide which space each needs. A toilet requires a usable approach and continuing maintenance access; a roll-off needs loading room and a feasible retrieval operation. Review public-space questions with the responsible municipal office rather than assuming an open curb or nearby path can be occupied.
Use district resources to refine the material list
CSWD provides separate recycling, hazardous-waste, special-material, and pickup-service resources. Use them to identify questions before a cleanout starts, especially when electronics or liquids appear among ordinary contents. Ask the actual service to confirm its accepted loads and proposed handling. A public hauler directory or drop-off listing does not confirm the equipment, dates, or terms for a particular project.
