Make the last part of the trip explicit
Describe the private entrance, turning space, and surface from the public road to the work area. If a contractor suggests a position beside an outbuilding, ask how equipment would be maintained or removed from that spot. Agree who checks access before a visit. A convenient loading location is not necessarily a practical retrieval location once the project changes the ground.
Use the work sequence to separate equipment needs
An outbuilding repair may start with stored contents, move into demolition, and finish with new-material deliveries. Put those stages in order before estimating a container. Toilets may be needed through all stages, especially where no indoor facilities are available to the crew. Identify handwashing and accessible-use needs separately rather than treating sanitation as an automatic extra to a debris order.
