Plan a useful position for the current crew
Explain worker numbers, shift hours, meal breaks, and any visitors sharing the facilities. Ask about handwashing and appropriate unit options. Review the walking route from the work area and keep it separate from active loading or vehicle movements where practical. Do not assume that the nearest strip of open ground is authorized for placement.
Treat relocation as a planned service change
If the work front will move, explain the likely timing when requesting terms. Confirm who may authorize a new position and how delivery or service vehicles would reach it. Keep the original unit accessible until a revised arrangement is agreed. A project map showing several stages does not mean every stage has the same equipment access.
Compare the phases that need sanitation
Request delivery, planned maintenance, handwashing, collection, and any anticipated relocations. Clarify additional visits or extended use if one stage takes longer or a second crew joins the project.
