Keep the visitor route understandable
Discuss accessible unit options and the approach from the entrance people will actually use. Ask the building manager how temporary facilities will be identified without sending visitors through a work area. Plan handwashing and allow for queues during busy arrival periods. A contractor's preferred equipment location may not be convenient for the public.
Review each change in building operations
Appoint someone to tell the provider when a phase changes occupancy or blocks the agreed service approach. If an indoor restroom reopens, confirm who can use it before reducing temporary provision. Keep units available through the period actually needed, and arrange collection while the site manager can provide access and answer questions.
Compare the occupied-building schedule
Request equipment, handwashing, delivery, planned maintenance, and removal. Clarify changes in use, added cleaning, and extensions if construction stages or public opening hours change.
