Review the setting and existing facilities together
County parks information distinguishes Casper Mountain from Alcova and Pathfinder reservoir sites and describes primitive facilities at many campgrounds. For a group activity, ask what restrooms are usable during the actual event and whether additional equipment is appropriate. A restroom marked on a park map is not proof of sufficient capacity, year-round access or permission for a service vehicle.
Give rural and in-town projects separate access plans
For a cabin project, document grades, narrow turns, gates and turnaround space. For a Casper renovation, show parking, loading-door clearance and the pickup approach. In either setting, distinguish household contents from dense demolition or special waste. Confirm the accepted material and disposal arrangement with the hauler; regional public waste infrastructure does not establish a private rental route.
