Keep servicing outside the busiest work movement
Tell the reviewer when loading, deliveries, or equipment movements occupy the yard. Ask for a placement that allows users a clear route without allocating the truck's servicing space to storage. If the site closes between shifts, identify a contact who can admit the service vehicle. A delivery to the property entrance does not establish access to every working area behind it.
Include replenishment and user needs
Request handwashing and accessible restroom options with an explanation of the surface and path to the units. Clarify which supplies or daily checks belong to the provider and which are assigned to the site team. If the work moves or attendance grows, review the maintenance frequency. For a position requiring additional handling or water transport, obtain a separate feasibility assessment rather than assuming the road-based proposal applies.
Compare the supported service position
Ask whether delivery, removal, cleaning, supplies, and handwashing are included. Identify controlled gate hours and any separate transport or handling needs. Clarify how a relocation, extra visit, or extension would change the agreement before selecting an arrangement.
