Avoid letting a cleanout silently become demolition
If flooring, partitions, masonry, or concrete will follow the contents removal, tell the reviewer before equipment is selected. Dense material can change the appropriate container and loading limit. Decide whether phases need separate loads or an exchange. Do not copy the municipal program's fill instructions into another provider's arrangement; obtain instructions for the actual equipment and materials.
Coordinate the exchange with the property manager
Reserve the working lane for delivery and pickup as well as daily loading. Explain restricted delivery hours and who can clear parked vehicles or unlock access. If an exchange is proposed, ask how work should pause while the container is absent and where debris may be staged. A collection date should not depend on the driver finding an unannounced alternate entrance.
Compare turnover phases and exchange terms
Request hauling, rental days, weight allowance, material acceptance, and exchanges in writing. Ask what changes if elevator access delays loading, demolition adds weight, or another tenant blocks the agreed collection window.
