Discuss the interval between activities
If attendance arrives in waves, describe the busiest overlap and the gaps between activities. Ask whether those intervals provide a workable maintenance window rather than assuming facilities can be serviced during public use. Include handwashing and a usable approach for attendees with mobility needs. Keep restroom queues from consuming a route the organizer intends for arrivals or other venue functions.
Keep the teardown plan from blocking collection
Identify when barriers, parked trailers, or vendor vehicles will be removed. Assign someone to keep the agreed equipment approach open after the public leaves, when cleanup crews may otherwise stage bags or supplies nearby. Confirm the collection arrangement before releasing the venue. Do not assume a toilet can remain after the organizer's property access ends.
Compare the event's complete occupancy period
Ask about setup-day delivery, collection, planned maintenance, handwashing, and extra visits. Clarify the effect of an extended event, changed venue access, or equipment remaining beyond the property agreement.
