Ask a narrow eligibility question
Provide the actual property address, whether the work is residential or commercial, and the material being removed. Ask which municipal service or other authorized arrangement applies. Do not treat the existence of private advertising as an eligibility decision. Conversely, do not extend a short municipal summary into an unsupported claim that every outside provider or every material is prohibited.
Keep building debris separate from operations waste
While the arrangement is being clarified, list renovation lumber, drywall, packaging, process residues, fluids, and unknown containers separately. Explain their origin and hold uncertain items for appropriate review. Identify a loading area that will not interfere with the operating yard, but do not begin accumulating a load on the assumption that a particular removal date is secured.
Questions for the confirmed service arrangement
Once eligibility is settled, ask the responsible service about rental days, hauling, accepted materials, weight terms, and exchanges. Keep those terms distinct from general municipal fee summaries or an unconfirmed private quote.
