Keep the resident program separate
The city's load-card arrangement is a municipal program with its own eligibility and terms. It does not authorize a hired hauler to use a resident's benefit or establish your rental's receiving facility. Ask the hauler to confirm accepted contents and disposal responsibility in writing, and check any self-haul alternative directly with the city.
Make the remaining pile easy to estimate
Load the confirmed waste stream methodically and keep prohibited or undecided items outside it. Before requesting an exchange, describe what remains and whether the next phase is heavier; ask the provider how to share photos if they are needed to assess the next load. Preserve room for the container door and truck; a box beside a shed can become inaccessible once equipment and salvaged materials are stacked around it.
