Preserve the shared approach
Show where residents park and where contractors unload. Keep the proposed toilet and handwashing location outside those changing storage areas. Ask the property representative to identify the boundary and any shared-driveway agreement. If a public edge seems necessary, obtain the applicable authority's direction rather than treating an unused shoulder as part of the property.
Size the arrangement to changing occupancy
Explain whether the same crew stays all day or several trades overlap for shorter periods. Give the provider the longest occupied hours, anticipated users, and the length of the job. Review cleaning and consumable replenishment when occupancy increases. An accessible unit request should include discussion of a practical approach for the intended users.
Make access changes part of the quote
Ask for separate terms covering routine visits, a requested relocation, handwashing, extra occupancy days, and an unsuccessful visit caused by a closed entrance. State who can authorize those changes.
