Record a sanitation handover for each work phase
Before a work area changes hands, compare the next phase drawing with the current restroom position. Identify whether new fencing, a trench, or a storage area would cut off the user or maintenance route. Record who makes the decision to retain the position, request a reviewed move, or revise the work layout. Give the provider the revised plan before another trade closes the existing route.
Plan continuity during a requested move
If relocation is proposed, agree the new surface, user approach and handwashing position with the responsible site representative and provider. Explain when the old position becomes unavailable and when people start using the new work area. Do not leave the crew to discover a gap between those times. Ask which party coordinates the move and what happens if the next phase begins later than scheduled.
Compare retaining the position with a reviewed move
Ask the quote contact to distinguish the ongoing rental and maintenance scope from a proposed relocation. Record any move charge, revised collection point and schedule-change terms before agreeing the phase handover. Confirm handwashing and accessible equipment needs as part of that decision.
