Stay outside the material landing area
Review where supplies, removed material, and vehicles will be placed as work progresses. Keep the restroom and handwashing position outside that changing staging space. Discuss the walking route and any accessible approach with the site representative. Do not rely on a clear patch of ground that another contractor expects to use later.
Maintain access through the messy phase
Ask the provider to review the service approach when materials are at their peak, not only before work begins. Name someone who can move vehicles and prevent stored supplies from blocking visits. Confirm cleaning and replenishment arrangements. If a project delay extends occupancy, update the pickup and service schedule before the original end date.
Compare the actual work period
Request delivery, recurring visits, handwashing, removal, and extra-time terms. Ask how a changed staging layout or planned relocation affects the equipment and maintenance arrangement.
