Decide what business stock, household belongings, fixtures, or supplies will remain. Keep those items outside the loading route. Describe renovation material, bulky items, and uncertain contents separately to the service contact. Ask about acceptance before mixing a property clearout with dense construction debris or special items.
Coordinate removal with continuing deliveries
A container can occupy the same space needed by customers, residents, or replacement supplies. Ask the provider to review the truck approach, working area, and loading side. Preserve a usable entrance throughout the rental. If the project requires an exchange, agree its sequence before the next material delivery fills the staging area.
Compare the agreed project terms
Ask about accepted contents, loading limits, exchanges, duration, disposal-related charges, and collection access. Clarify what changes if the material list expands or final cleanup takes longer.
