Create a review list for special items
Set aside uncertain chemicals, batteries, electronics, appliances, and other items needing individual instructions. Keep them out of a general debris load while the responsible service confirms handling. Separate reusable supplies from waste. Describe dense construction material independently of light packaging so equipment and loading limits can be reviewed realistically.
Coordinate the container with work progress
Ask where the first phase's debris will be loaded and how the next phase's supplies will arrive. Preserve truck working space and an occupied pedestrian entrance. If the same area serves both activities, agree a removal or exchange sequence rather than allowing loose waste to occupy the access route. Update the provider when fencing or parking changes.
Compare terms after the material review
Ask about loading limits, exchanges, duration, collection notice, and access failures. Clarify what happens if the contractor discovers a material not included in the original description.
