Draw the event's working boundary
Mark where spectators, players, vendors and cleanup staff will actually spend time. A restroom near a parking entrance may serve arriving guests but be inconvenient for activity farther inside a complex. Ask about existing facilities, their opening period and any shared use. Delivery and servicing should be coordinated with the land manager so a truck is not expected to pass through a crowd or use a pedestrian-only connection between neighboring properties.
Compare local waste arrangements before loading
Bristol restricts its transfer station to qualifying resident waste; Warren's published waste guide distinguishes several load categories. Neither arrangement should be assumed to receive a private rental load. Make separate lists for household contents, building debris, yard material and items needing special handling. Explain whether work is resident-led or contractor-generated. Where equipment shares a drive with normal household collection, keep cart access clear and agree who will remove vehicles for container exchange.
