Count usable facilities, not nearby buildings
A park may list restrooms without making them available throughout setup, public attendance and cleanup. Ask which facilities are open on the actual date, where guests can reach them and who handles cleaning. Describe peak attendance or work shifts, food service, handwashing needs and accessible travel routes. Coastal parks and beaches can have different managers even within one town; permission at a municipal beach should not be carried over to a neighboring state property.
Keep municipal disposal options in their proper role
Local waste programs differ sharply. Some transfer stations restrict users by residency or vehicle type, while others distinguish commercial loads or exclude construction debris. Those public options do not establish where a rental hauler can take a container. Describe the origin and contents of your load, separate questionable items and obtain the provider's acceptance terms. For sites reached through gates, shared drives or island transport, review the whole delivery and collection plan before treating a date as agreed.
