Use public space only through the responsible manager
Providence publishes separate dumpster, hauling, traffic and right-of-way processes. Elsewhere, recreation offices coordinate sports grounds and public parks. A field booking does not by itself determine where a service truck can travel or how long equipment can remain after the activity. Show the proposed layout, pedestrian approach and service access. Existing toilets at a park building may be shared, seasonal or outside the booked hours, so ask about their actual use before subtracting them from the plan.
Distinguish ordinary collection from project removal
Pawtucket excludes construction and commercial waste from its municipal transfer station. Woonsocket's household-cart guidance excludes renovation debris, and some bulky-item benefits depend on dwelling type. Other towns publish separate arrangements for electronics, appliances or move-out material. Inventory those items before asking for a container. Keep tenant possessions, reusable goods and uncertain substances apart, then compare hauling and disposal terms for the remaining load rather than assuming every item can share one box.
