Account for the change between groups
If a league schedule brings one team in as another leaves, report that overlap rather than only counting people on the field. Place proposed toilets where waiting users will not obstruct a shared path or spectator entrance. Ask how guests with mobility needs will reach the facilities from their arrival point, and include convenient handwashing in the layout reviewed with the manager.
Protect the approved playing and circulation areas
A service truck needs an approach separate from the area where equipment merely fits. Ask the venue where vehicles may travel, whether gates are locked and who can provide access. Keep the selected location reachable between sessions without disturbing the playing surface. If cleanup ends after a building closes, ensure the remaining volunteers still have an agreed restroom arrangement.
