Locate the restroom from the guest's route
Name the reserved park or shelter and describe how people will reach the proposed unit from parking and gathering areas. Request accessible options and discuss the surface, slope and obstructions along that route. Ask where servicing vehicles may stop; a useful guest location still needs a workable maintenance approach approved by the property manager.
Treat handwashing as a separate planning item
Describe food service, children's activities or worksite use when discussing handwashing. Ask what equipment, water and replenishment are included rather than assuming a nearby tap will be operating. For a renovation, explain when indoor facilities become unavailable and when they are expected to return, so removal is not scheduled before the temporary need actually ends.
Compare seasonal equipment and servicing needs
Request the rental period, collection window, cleaning and supply responsibilities, and handwashing options. Identify any seasonal access constraints or unavailable water. Clarify extension terms if weather or building work changes the period during which temporary facilities are needed.
