Separate people from equipment circulation
At a fairground or similar venue, keep restroom approaches away from the working path of trailers and service vehicles. Ask the manager which spaces may hold temporary equipment and identify a servicing lane that will remain available after setup. Request accessible options in the context of the actual ground and guest route, including any uneven transition between parking and the gathering area.
Confirm the facilities that exist now
A venue improvement proposal does not prove that a new restroom building is finished or open. Check the current permanent facilities, their hours and who may use them. Discuss handwashing for the actual activities and clarify who replenishes supplies between scheduled visits. For private work, explain when indoor facilities are unavailable and whether the crew's schedule changes over the rental.
Compare the full grounds-use schedule
Request equipment options, delivery, final collection, cleaning visits and handwashing separately. Identify exhibitor setup and departure days. Ask how a changed layout or additional service visit affects the quote, and confirm any restricted delivery hours before booking.
