Do not transfer public-site acceptance to a rental
A material listed by a public facility may have customer, preparation or handling conditions. Conversely, an item excluded there may require another arranged destination. Obtain the private hauler's accepted-material list for your project rather than assuming one rule covers every load. Keep unknown liquids, chemicals and batteries out while their proper handling is determined.
Put waste loading on the site plan
For an event, Spearfish's handbook considers waste locations alongside vendors and circulation. Choose a position where staff can load safely without moving debris through guest queues. For construction, allow clearance for the container door and pickup equipment, and keep new materials out of that space. Ask about weight limits for dense demolition debris before filling the available volume.
Compare material acceptance before headline price
Request the accepted load, included weight, rental period, delivery, pickup and any exchange. Ask how excluded items or a changed debris mix are handled. Keep public disposal information separate from the provider's written rental charges and responsibilities.
