Connect the approved position to the people using it
Describe the walking route from the work area, parking or gathering space and identify any curb, slope or obstruction. Request accessible options against those conditions. Keep queues and maintenance activity away from building entrances and public through-routes. Review the existing restrooms with the manager so temporary equipment addresses the actual gap rather than an assumed absence of facilities.
Compare the configuration with the setting
A short park gathering and a building-restroom interruption can need different equipment. Explain the users, hours, handwashing needs and accessible approach before comparing standard cabins with a restroom trailer. If considering a trailer, describe available utilities and ask the supplier what the actual model needs; do not assume a lawn or parking space has the required connections. Keep separate handwashing in the proposal where appropriate, and have the manager review the chosen arrangement.
Compare placement and phased use
Ask for the equipment mix, delivery, pickup, cleaning and handwashing items. Explain park restrictions or construction phases and all occupied dates. Clarify additional visits or extensions if the site layout or restoration schedule changes.
