Use the busiest phase to explain the project
Tell the provider about subcontractors, inspectors, and other regular visitors rather than counting only the principal crew. Discuss unit options, handwashing, and a usable route from the work areas. If different teams work different shifts, explain the total daily use and when maintenance could occur without disrupting access.
Keep one person responsible for sanitation changes
Ask the site supervisor to communicate new crews, schedule extensions, or a revised equipment location. Keep stored masonry, scaffolding deliveries, and parked vehicles out of the agreed service approach. If the work moves to another part of the property, review the walking route and maintenance access instead of assuming the first position remains suitable.
Compare the anticipated crew phases
Request delivery, collection, equipment options, handwashing, and planned cleaning. Clarify additional visits or extensions if more trades overlap or the occupied-building schedule changes.
