Keep the occupied property functioning
Plan where household vehicles will go while the container is present. Leave a safe walking route to doors, mail and other shared facilities. Ask about surface protection and the space needed to open the container door. If workers use carts, test their path past parked vehicles rather than assuming the shortest line on a sketch will remain open.
Avoid turning a private rental into uncontrolled disposal
Tell everyone helping with the project what may be loaded and who makes uncertain decisions. Additional neighborhood waste can change the weight and material mix without the renter noticing. Keep appliances, batteries, chemicals and salvageable belongings separate until handling is agreed. A local household collection option does not mean those items can go in a rental container or that the hauler uses that facility.
Compare Bear rental terms around the occupied site
Look at the included weight, rental period, accepted contents and collection conditions. Ask about an exchange if the work has separate phases. Disclose shared access and parking constraints before comparing offers so the quotes reflect the same placement and pickup assumptions.
