Give outdoor work its own material description
Identify tree branches, chips, stumps, soil, and treated building wood individually. Ask for current handling guidance where relevant rather than treating all wood as interchangeable. Keep paint, fluids, batteries, and unknown containers out of the general load while arranging appropriate acceptance advice. Separating items early is easier than trying to recover them after other debris has covered them.
Maintain access for people still using the property
Describe garage doors, employee parking, customer entrances, and regular collection areas that must remain usable. Discuss the working space the roll-off truck needs, not just the container footprint. If the project includes landscaping or resurfacing, coordinate retrieval before the agreed approach is altered. Notify the provider before contractors change the position or block it with incoming materials.
Compare one mixed project as separate decisions
Request accepted materials, included weight, rental days, pickup, and any exchange. Ask how outdoor material, an extended renovation, or a newly restricted collection approach changes the written price.
