Separate the user route from vehicle tasks
Show where vehicles turn, where supplies are unloaded, and where people will walk. The toilet should not become an obstacle that has to be moved whenever a delivery arrives. Discuss handwashing near the activity it supports and review the intended accessible approach. Obtain the landowner's agreement for the precise position, especially on a shared property.
Make gate responsibility explicit
Give the service contact a person who can open the entrance on agreed visit days. Explain any change between daytime and after-hours access. If the job extends or more trades arrive, revisit both capacity and maintenance frequency. Ask who handles replenishment and what to do if conditions prevent the planned visit.
Quote the access arrangement, not only the unit
Request delivery, removal, cleaning, handwashing provisions, and any longer rental period as separate written inclusions. Ask how locked-gate visits and a planned relocation would be handled.
