Separate business operations from renovation waste
If the building stays open, keep everyday business refuse apart from the material removed by the construction crew. Identify flooring, fixtures, framing, packaging, and any dense debris individually. Ask how uncertain or specially handled items should be managed. Do not let the temporary container become a substitute for an unrelated regular waste account.
Reserve the loading area without closing the entrance
Show the property manager where the container door opens and where the truck must work. Coordinate material removal with customer access and replacement deliveries. If a shared loading dock is involved, agree a usable window with its controller. Keep the final pickup path available after contractors demobilize.
Clarify the authorized-service comparison
Ask about accepted categories, loading limits, exchanges, duration, and blocked collection. Specify whether unrelated operational rubbish is excluded and what happens if the planned renovation scope changes.
