Assign responsibility for the shared loading area
Explain accepted materials to each trade and identify items awaiting separate instructions. Store usable supplies away from waste. If one contractor generates dense rubble while another produces light packaging, discuss the load with the responsible service rather than judging capacity by appearance alone. Keep unrelated property rubbish out until its handling has been resolved.
Plan the change between crews
A full container may need to leave just as new supplies arrive. Reserve the access lane and working space for that transition. State whether the driver reaches the project through an office entrance, a separate gate, or shared access. Keep a contact available to resolve parked vehicles or changed fencing without relying on a departing crew.
Agree the service changes in writing
Ask about material limits, exchanges, extra days, and failed access. Identify who can request additional removal and how a changed project phase affects the authorized terms.
