Keep operational waste separate from the project
A temporary bin should have a defined purpose that staff and contractors understand. List the removed building materials and reserve separate instructions for liquids, equipment, batteries, and other uncertain contents. If the business continues generating ordinary rubbish, do not automatically add it to a load arranged for a different category.
Use a collection position that survives normal operations
Explain delivery traffic, customer parking, and any check-in process to the authorized service. Ask it to review the truck working area, not only the space occupied by the container. Preserve door access while loading. If the property manager needs the area back at a fixed time, coordinate final removal before promising that handover.
Questions for the authorized collector
Confirm accepted contents, loading restrictions, service duration, exchanges, and collection access. Ask how an extended renovation or a property-requested move changes the written arrangement.
