Separate event waste from setup materials
A venue may produce packaging during setup, ordinary rubbish during public hours, and dismantled structures afterward. Describe these streams separately to the responsible service. Keep reusable displays and rented equipment outside the waste-loading zone. Have each vendor follow the agreed material instructions rather than treating the container as a general disposal point.
Work backward from the venue handover
Identify when the property must be clear and when a truck can reach the loading position. Coordinate final removal with booth dismantling, equipment collection, and guest departure. Preserve the required working space after other contractors leave. A promised handover should allow for the authorized collector's confirmed arrangements, not an assumed immediate pickup.
Ask the authorized service about scope changes
Compare accepted material, duration, exchanges, loading limits, and access-failure terms. Discuss a delayed venue clearance or changed waste category before it affects the agreed collection.
