Separate guest circulation from the work area
Review the proposed position with the property manager and mark the walking route users will follow. Keep handwashing and any accessible approach part of that review. If guests will use temporary facilities, discuss wayfinding and queuing with the host. Do not route them through a contractor's delivery or debris-loading area.
Coordinate with property operating hours
Give the provider the entrance, check-in contact, and times when service access is possible. Explain any restrictions created by scheduled activities or other deliveries. Ask how cleaning and supply replenishment can fit the occupancy pattern. Revisit the arrangement before a work phase closes the original route or adds more users.
Quote the venue's full service window
Request delivery, removal, recurring maintenance, handwashing, and change terms together. Ask how delayed work, an additional occupied period, or a property-required relocation affects the arrangement.
